Call for 2025 Candidates for the Board
The annual election for open board positions takes place during the May CBTB Annual Property Owners Meeting. The Board is made up of nine CBTB property owners in good standing. Each Board member serves a term of three years and every year three board members’ terms expire so there is always an opportunity for rotation. Officers are appointed by the new board every year.  
If you are interested in running for one of the three board positions, please submit a paragraph or two as to why you would like to serve on the Board, as well as a paragraph about yourself to CBTBay@gmail.com no later than February 24 to be provided to the nominating committee. 
Ballots will be sent out with the March 1 mailing of  invoices for annual property dues.

 

CORROTOMAN BY THE BAY

Board of Directors

The Corrotoman By the Bay Association was incorporated on November 27, 1970 as a non-stock, non-profit organization. The primary purpose the association is to maintain and preserve the common property and recreational facilities owned by the Association, as well as promote preservation and purification of the Corrotoman River. The Board of Directors is an all-volunteer group of CBTB property owners .
