CBTB Social Committee Schedule
The CBTB Social Committee has the following planned through July 2023:
Meet Your Neighbor - Come out and meet your neighbor from 3 to 5 p.m. on Saturday May 20th. We will hopefully be poolside. If not, see you in the Clubhouse.
CBTB Day - Come out from Noon to 3 p.m. on Saturday June 3rd to celebrate our great community. Bring a side dish or dessert to share! We'll be in the pavilion.
Coffee with Hilary - 9 to 10 a.m. on Saturday June 10th at the Clubhouse. Hilary is a local real estate agent and the creator of the NNK Homes and Lifestyle group on Facebook . Come learn about market trends and new businesses in the NNK
Annual 4th of July Parade - There is no better way to celebrate our country's independence than with a parade! We'll stage at the Clubhouse at 10 a.m. on Tuesday July 4th and take a lap around the Bayview/Corrotoman Drive circle. Either observe roadside or join the parade and decorate your cars, golf carts, bikes, dogs, kids, whatever, and yourselves. Come out and join us to show your patriotism or cheer on your neighbors!

**CAPITAL RESERVE 5 YEAR PLANNING COMMITEE MEETING
The Capital Reserve 5 year planning meeting has been changed to Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at 6:30 pm at the Clubhouse and via Zoom. This is a committee meeting and not an official BOD meeting. All Members are welcome to attend. At this time we will be going through what has been suggested from the 2020 study to figure out what we have already funded, what we have not and what our priorities will be for funding for the next 5 years. Another study will be contracted for in 2025.

Community Concert End of Summer Bash and Picninc
The music will be back at CBTB with "Genny with a Gee" performing!
Friends of CBTB will be providing hambergers, hot dogs and beverages to purchase, so come hungry!
All proceeds go toward supplementing and augmenting community projects.
During Annual Meeting on May 3, 2025 Friends of CBTB Committee will be conducting a raffle, selling coffee, donuts and water/soft drinks and CBTB SWAG as fundraisers for new pool furniture!

Our much loved pool will be closed for the last time.
New pool construction will begin shortly!

Puppy Paddle 3PM to 5PM
Our furry friends are invited for a swim!
June 21st
2pm - 4pm @ CBTB Pavilion
Cool down with a summer treat.
Individually wrapped ice cream treats will be available for $2.00 each
All proceeds will be for the purchase of new pool furniture and updating our playground.
August 16th
8 PM @ CBTB Pool
Outdoor Movie Night showing Sandlot
Entry is free.
Join us at 7PM to play corn hole and lawn games prior to the movie!
Friends of CBTB will be providing snacks for purchase during the movie.
Enjoy a Meal Deal for $5.00. Hotdog or Hamburger, Drink & Chips
Popcorn $1.00
Ice Cream $2.00
Proceeds will be for the purchase of new pool furniture and updating our playground.

Friends of CBTB Summer Series Continues
July 4th
9am @ CBTB Clubhouse & Pavilion
Our annual 4th of July Parade followed by a brunch.
Decorate your bike, lawnmower, golf cart, tractor, dog, whatever- and celebrate Independence Day.
Following the parade Friends of CBTB will be sponsoring a brunch.
Cost $5.00 per/person. Children under 6 free.
All proceeds will be for purchase of new pool furniture and updating our playground.
