- CBTB Disclosure Packets: Disclosure packages are available from ACS West, Inc. 1904 Byrd Avenue, Suite 100, Richmond, VA 23230. Phone: 804-282-7451. Please note there is a lead time for requesting packages. If a package is required to be expedited, it will cost additional money. Please also note that the rates charged for the Disclosure Packages are regulated by the State of Virginia.
- First, please contact ACS West, Inc. to let them know you purchased property in CBTB. ACS West, Inc. handles all payments and mailings for CBTB. Their address is 1904 Byrd Avenue, Suite 100, Richmond, VA 23230 and their phone number is 804-282-7451. Each LOT in the community is assessed $260 per lot annually and payment is due on March 1 every year.
- Next, CBTB has an email distribution list to communicate meeting information, neighborhood updates and events. To be added to the distribution list, email CBTBay@gmail.com with your name, address and lot number(s). Don't worry. We promise not to spam you!
- Please take a few minutes and be sure to read the Association Documents and By-Laws. Board meetings are held the second Saturday of every month at 9AM at the CBTB Clubhouse, unless otherwise noted. All property owners are invited to attend the board meetings and speak during the input session of the meeting. The annual property owners' meeting and election of officers is held the second Sunday of May at 2PM in the CBTB Clubhouse.
- Fill out an amenities form to use the pool, rent a boat slip or spot on the kayak rack and/or get your key to the tennis/ pickleball courts and boat ramp. Please return the form with your check to CBTB, P.O. Box 99, Mollusk, VA 22517. Visit our Amenities page for more information on our great amenities.
- The CBTB Clubhouse is the hub of the community and open to all property owners in good standing. To gain access to the clubhouse, please email CBTBay@gmail.com. Monthly CBTB board meetings and social events are held in the clubhouse. The clubhouse also has a full kitchen, small gym, book lending library, and wifi available. It is also available for use for private functions with a reservation and $100 per event with a $50 refundable cleaning deposit, if upon post inspection, facilities are clean and undamaged. To inquire about reserving the clubhouse for a private event, please email CBTBay@gmail.com.
- CBTB is located in Lancaster County. Lively Volunteer Fire and Rescue squad serves our community.
- Utilities are provided by Northern Neck Electric Co-Op and Virginia American Water. Among your choices for an internet connection are Northern Neck Wireless and Atlantic Broadband Cable and Internet. Quarles Oil and Propane and Revere Propane serve the area for oil and propane gas services.
- Property owners are responsible for their own trash removal. Lancaster County trash and recycling centers can be found here.
